Non-Surgical Spine Pain Management
Surgery is not the answer for most spine pain. At Apteum Spine, pain management focuses on relieving back and neck pain through conservative, non-surgical care — reserving surgery for when it is truly necessary. The goal is to reduce pain, restore function, and help you avoid an operation whenever possible.
Conditions We Help Manage
• Chronic low back and neck pain
• Sciatica and radiating nerve pain
• Herniated disc and spinal stenosis symptoms
• Arthritis-related spine pain
• Pain after a previous spine surgery
Treatment Options
• Physical therapy and activity modification
• Anti-inflammatory and other medications
• Epidural steroid injections and selective nerve root blocks
• Facet joint injections and other image-guided procedures
When to Consider Surgery
If conservative care hasn’t resolved your symptoms, or there is progressive weakness or nerve compression, we’ll discuss whether a minimally invasive procedure is appropriate — only when the benefit is clear.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will injections cure my pain?
Injections can provide significant relief and support rehabilitation, though results vary by condition. They are one part of a broader plan.
Can I avoid surgery?
Many patients do. We always pursue effective non-surgical options first when appropriate.
